In specifying a ship to address outside of the US, you assume all risk of non-delivery. We will not provide refunds or reshipments for lost or non-delivered merchandise. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt of item and we will issue a refund less shipping and processing fees upon our receipt of returned merchandise (NOT VALID ON OUR BLOWOUT SALES - ALL SALES FINAL ON BLOWOUT SALES). Merchandise must be returned back to us (unworn/unused & with original tags) within 7 days for refund - return shipping at your own expense. We will not reimburse the return shipping, shipping fees are part of the convenience of online shopping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping & 15% handling/restocking fee. Items received for replacement which are unavailable will be refunded or exchanged without a restocking fee. All item measurement charts and specifications are to be used as an "approximation and guideline" only, all our items are brand new first quality and continually restocked.
