Up for auction is the RockStand 5 by Warwick Guitar Stand.  These stands are amazing and great to use at home, on stage or in your studio. The neck of your guitars will lie in the padded slots.  The padding is very soft and protective of your valuable instruments. On the bottom of the stand, the padding gently cradles the body of your guitars. You can see that once assembled, the RockStand folds flat for easy transportation.  These are the best stands that I've seen and take up far less room than regular guitar tripod stands.  Comes complete with instructions and hex wrench.  The footprint of this stand when it is assembled is 16 1/2" x 27" and it stands 29" tall.  This stand retails for $89.99.
