Listed as Albert Washington Inaugural 17D. 9/16" (15mm) complete with reverse shank. Obverse shows laurel wreath at center with rim text "Long Live The President" although "President" was weakly struck and only all or part of the first two and last two letters show. Still, the example has only minor surface marks under magnification and displays with extremely bright brass luster. Albert, on a scale of 1 being common and 7 being unique, gave this a 5 which in 1976 equated to 6-10 known. Scarcer than many of the larger designs.
