You are bidding on a Game Worn Washington Redskins LaVar Arrington Jersey. This jersey is size 46 and is from 2005. This was LaVar's last season with the Redskins. He played the following year with the Giants, then had an offseason accident and called it quits on his career. He still lives in the area and owns a club/sports bar with Clinton Portis near the stadium. During the 2005 season LaVar was not used as an every down player. I see minimal amount of stains by both armpits on the jersey and not sure which game this is from. Also with it being washed I don't see repairs or burns but know it as worn during the game due to the customized length of the jersey. It is obvious it was on from the way the jersey sits (was over shoulder pads). The jersey is made by Reebok and they are made in Berlin, WI. There is an 05-46 in the collar for year and size that only game jerseys display and in the front tail there is a reebok tag and size tag. In authentic store bought jerseys, the size is in that reebok tag, there is no additional tag next to it, as there are with game worn jerseys. The jersey has been washed and has been custom shortened. If you see a jersey that has not been custom shortened and is LaVar's, that means they were game issued and in the locker room, not worn for a game. I purchased this directly from the Washington Redskins and the jersey comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the Redskins. The jersey was $424 at the time of purchase. I am selling this jersey as well as my signed game worn Ladell Betts and game worn signed Renaldo Wynn due to the fact that I am trying to save up $2,000 to purchase a game worn Clinton Portis. I am selling all 3 of these jerseys at less then I paid for them as I need the money asap to invest in the Portis jersey. As far as the Renaldo Wynn and this Ladell Betts goes, the only thing missing is a frame. I have yet to get LaVar Arrington to sign his gamer, but that shouldn't be hard as he and Clinton Portis have a club/sports bar near the stadium.
