1. SHIPPING
TIMES: Please note shipping times. Average shipping time is 7-12 business
days (business days are M-F excluding holidays). As that is the average, please
allow up to 14 business days' shipping time. If you need the item by a certain
date, please do consult a calendar to be sure that your item will arrive in
time. Processing/handling time is normally business days. Total time until you
receive your item is therefore 2 business days + shipping time after we receive
cleared payment.
2. PAYMENT:
Please be aware that if you pay by eCheck via PayPal, your payment will
not clear for approximately 4 days. PayPal will inform you of this and will
send you a notice when payment clears. Other PayPal payments (PayPal balance,
instant transfer, credit card, etc.) will clear immediately. You may also pay
by Money Order or Cashiers' Check, though mailing times will delay processing
of your order. Sorry, but no personal checks accepted.
3. SHIPPING

4. RETURNS:
We accept returns on all items for any reason. Customers may choose money back
or store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable, and returns of non-defective
merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. New merchandise must be returned
