General description:
The Wavetek Model 95 is a rugged 1 mHz to 20 MHz programmable, synthesized Arbitrary/Function Generator. The function generator produces predefined sine, triangle, and square waveforms. While the abitrary waveform generator supplies user-defined waveforms.
Features:
- 1 mHz to 20 MHz range for Standard Waveforms
- 10 ppm Frequency Accuracy
- 15 Vp-p Output into 50 ohm
- 12-Bit (4,096 point) Vertical Resolution
- Trigger, Sweep, Pulse and Modulation Capability
- Option 001 = Frequency Reference - this option improves the accuracy and stability of the Model 95's reference oscillator. It consists of an adjustable crystal (TCXO) with a ±1 ppm performance over the operating temperature range.
