International and Australian orders are shipped via Australian Regular Air Mail (Australian Postal Service).

Terms & Conditions of Postage

1. All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of failed delivery.

2. If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, I will work with Auspost directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund at no further expense to you (item is used so there is no replacement).

3. Item is shipped or can be picked up within 24 hours of receiving payment. Can be shipped 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday. Business days are considered Monday - Saturday. National Holidays, and other postal holidays are not considered business days.

4. International customers, you may be subject to import taxes, or other duties as charged by your local government. We advise that if you are unsure regarding taxes you may be charged to import your product,please consult your local government for guidelines.

5. Postal address must be correct. Addresses cannot be changed once item has been shipped if incorrect. If your item comes back to us undeliverable due to wrong address or apartment number or buyer refused delivery, item will be re-shipped at nominal shipping charges or payment will be refunded at our discretion less any shipping & handling charges. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide correct address.

6. Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.

1. In the event there is a quality defect that causes the item to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 7 days after receiving from our warehouse, I will accept a return. I will provide a full credit refund for the product if this situation occours.

2. If you experience any problem with this product from me (Ulimate eDeals), contact first via email and I will do my best to advise you.

3. In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair/credit under warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to Ultimate Edeals are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by Ultimate Edeals

4. Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.

All "Buy-It-Now" and Auction type listing payments should be made via PayPal - this is done to protect the eBAY seller/buyer against fraudulent payments and any lost or damaged goods during transit. Please contact me if you wish to pay via direct debit to my Bank Account (please allow 24 hours for payment to clear before I ship it to you.)
