The international buyer is responsible for all customs tariffs, taxes, duties and regulations. If this item is not within the guidelines of your local governments import regulations the seller cannot be held responsible. All required customs documentation will be submitted as required by law.

International buyers will be expected to pay actual shipping costs. We primarily use the USPS for international shipments.

International shipments require shipping insurance.  We will make every attempt to track your item and to help locate it if it is mis-routed but all liability transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

Flat Rate Shipping rates where quoted are for the continental 48 states.

If flat rate shipping is offered on any item, the flat rate shipping cost quoted only applies to those items shipped and delivered to addresses within the continental (lower 48) United States. All other buyers should email for a quote for actual shipping costs to their location. Alaska, Hawaii, US APO, and US territories may be higher.

In any case all shipping quotes are provided by third party organizations and are only used as an estimate of shipping charges, actual shipping charges may vary and can change at any time.

All Business Auctions reserves the right to change quoted shipping cost on final invoice. Please accept our apologies if this occurs, we cannot be held responsible for the volatile and ever changing nature of shipping rates. We utilize USPS and Fed Ex Ground and DHL primarily for domestic shipping. We reserve the right to use any other shipping option at any time.

If the shipping insurance option is not selected or requested the seller can not be held responsible for any damages to the item which occur during shipment. If shipping insurance is requested and purchased, any claims are the responsibility of the buyer. We will help with information for the claim but we can not process any claim for the buyer.

Some, but not all, flat rate shipping quotes include insurance please email for details on which items are offered with shipping insurance included.

Combined shipping, if offered, only applies to items purchased within a 3 day time period and paid on the same invoice with a single payment. In addition all items must ship to the same location in a single shipment.

Most items ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Items that require special handling or crating services may take longer. If a handling charge is detailed, this amount is in addition to any shipping charges. Handling or crating charges are fees that we incur on certain items in order to properly crate or pack them for shipment.

• Return Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the item.
  Item must be returned within: 7 Days from end of inspection period
  
• Refund will be given as: Exchange or Money Back
• The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
• An RMA Number must be obtained and be placed on the return shipping label.
• Shipping Damage is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping insurance is available. Please ask about insurance prior to processing payment for item.

Consignment Item Return Policy:

Consignment items are sold As-Is and are described and photographed in a highly detailed manner, please make your own judgments on these items as to their suitability for your purpose. If you need further descriptions or photos to make your bidding decision please ask 12 hours before the end of the auction. As we are not the seller of consignment items we cannot offer an RMA unless the item is significantly different than either the photo or description of the item in the auction.
