 Save It With Ice Wellington Ice & Cold Storage Company Phone 165 Display With Amount At Top

The one side has 100 and 75 lbs. the other side shows 25 & 50 lbs. The amount of ice that you wanted left would be placed at top and placed in window for the man that was delivering ice to leave. The card is 9 1/4" X 5 3/4", cardboard. The card is not torn, it does have some water stains along side and there is some ink smear from printing on the one side. I was told that the company was in Wellington, Kans.
