I am relisting this item again, I had many people asking questions but no buyer.  So here it is again and I lowered the reserve price and am offering everyone to bid this time. 

This concession is a 2001 8'x16' mobile unit that was used for only 4 seasons.  It is ready to make money today. There are several extras included in this unit that you won't get with other concessions.   I am the second owner, the lady I bought it from bought it new from the factory and she used it for 2 seasons.  Due to health reasons she sold it to me.  I used it for two years and now decided to sell it.  I used it for 2 seasons.   It's been parked for a total of 3 years.  It's been used a total of 25-30 times between both owners.  Here is what is included, everything is NSF.

19 cubic upright freezer, only 2 years old--I bought it new for $1500.00

Deep Fryer floor style with two baskets--stainless steel- (this is the same type of fryer you see in restaurants it stands about 3 feet tall) runs on propane

3 sinks and 1 handwashing sinks with cold and hot water

Fountain machine with icebox and all the gauges, racks and lines included (the gauges are worth over $400.00) this fountain machine  is worth almost $2500.00

This concession has screens all the way around it that are removable, I have the glass windows/inserts that can be put in place of the screens (factory made)

Air conditioner with heat---works great! Especially in the hot summers and cold evenings and early mornings during the fall and early spring.

All new bright decals all the way around it--these decals cost me over $1000.00

Brand new red and white skirt that goes all the way around ----this cost me $1000.00

New bug resistant/shatter proof yellow flourescent light covers above each serving window

Clear shatter resistant covers over all the interior lights

Hot dog machine electric/ hot dog rotisseries

Food warmer that has uses two lights to keep food warm

50 amp 120/240 volt electric with 25' of cord + an additonal 100' of cord so you can hook up to 125' away from outlet (this cord is worth $600.00)

Brand new tires all the way around it, I put these on last year and they have less than 500 miles--this costs me $700.00 

Drain line for dirty water approximately 25"

Required back flush piece that goes on outside of concession that hooks to water line.

50' of water hoses that connect to outside water line, these are made for drinking water, not regular garden hoses (you can use the fresh water tank for your water or hook up to a water supply)

I have several boxes of supplies such as spoons/forks/knives/salt and pepper shakers/cups/white to go food containers/food serving gloves, lids for cups/napkins----extra items are stored in my garage--too many to list approximately 10 different items of supplies

*******The floor is covered with linoleum but I use the carpets because I find it easier to keep the floor clean with carpets instead of linoleum. The rugs are included.

*******I also have a rubber truck liner matt that goes in the back of a truck, I used this for covering up the hoses or electric lines so people don't trip on them.  That is included also, it costs me $150.00 for this matt. 

*******Two small propane tanks will be included with this purchase.  I think they are the 20 gallon tanks.

************The first picture gives the illusion that it is a triangle, but it is a rectangle, the side you see is the 16 foot side.The top awnings wrap around and look flush.  The concession has 3 serving windows. One is seen in the first picture, one is located directly on the other side and one is on the left of the picture on the 8 foot side.  The exit door is on the 8 foot end to the right. Please look close at the interior pictures and you will see the three serving windows.  They are folded down.

I paid $20,000 for this concession three years ago and invested thousands into it since then.  It is ready to start making money for the lucky winner!  The boards on the floor are used to keep everything in place during transport, they are removable. The shaved ice machine  and microwave isn't included.

********The picture shows a little dirt because I haven't cleaned it yet this season, it's been parked for a year.  It will clean up really nice.  The stock on the shelves is included, there is also stock in the cabinets you can't see, which is included also.  This concession is a really good deal for the lucky winner, you will be happy with your purchase.

 I done shows in Ohio and Kentucky and passed inspections with no problem. Don't call the number on the concession--you won't get anything but a machine and we don't return calls.

I insure this concession for $50,000 because that is what it would cost to replace it and replace it's contents.

My rating score is 90 1/2% because someone sold me an item and the add said $12.00 of coupons were included.  They neglected to say a dozen coupons with $1.00 off.  I had to buy 12 items to get the $12.00 off.  So I complained and got a negative rating.

This concession is sold as is no return no warranty.

The winning buyer will receive a confirmation and I will notify with payment arrangements.  I want a non refundable deposit with paypal of $2000.00 within 48 hours of end of auction or I will relist the item and leave negative feedback.  Winner is expected to pay the remaining balance within 24 hours of auction ending. I will accept a personal check, money order or cashiers check sent certified within 24 hours of auction ending. I will need a tracking number sent to my email.  It has to clear the bank before concession is taken off property. Once the check clears I will notify you to come and pick it up.

I have the right to cancel this listing at any time because I have it listed on several other websites and in the paper, so whoever buys first gets it!
