This is a great brooch 10K GF pelican carring a golf bag. He has a faux turquoise eye. What a fun item for a golfer or the wife of one. Marked Wells Ster on the arm and Wells 14K GF on his hat brim. Wells was in business from 1922-78 trying to guess the date on this brooch. I am thinking 70’s.
