Presented here consideration is a hand painted Wembley Ware crossed boomerang ashtray with a figurine of an aboriginal and a cigarette on it.

This magnificent figural ashtray a pure delight; from Aboriginal to the cigarette and then the crossed boomerangs, it is just so very kitsch. It has the black stamped maker’s mark of the style that was in use from the late 1940’s through to the mid 1950’s.

  • Dimensions

This crossed boomerang base measures 20 cm (8”) by 14 cm (5.5”) and the aborigine is 10 cm (4”) tall.

  • Condition

It is in EXCELLENT condition; with NO chips, cracks or repairs and just the slightest HINT of crazing. It is almost as if it came out of the Subiaco Kiln yesterday instead of 50 years ago.

This magical piece is just so very 1950’s. This is a very collectable art work. Hit the BUY IT NOW and make sure you can’t miss out on this cracker.
