This is miniature wind-up racing car in the shape of a Wendy's frosty. It's a matter of pulling the car backwards on a hard surface and letting it go to race on it's own. It's still in working order and in wonderful condition. Wendy's gave this away many years ago. The quarter in the picture is not for sale, it's there to help show the size of the racing frosty.

This might become more of a collector's item since Wendy's was recently purchased by the same company that owns Arby's.
