This Werner 24-foot long aluminum ladder is in good condition, for light duty/household use, with a 200-pound load capacity. I have a rope that will work for the pulley.

     Because of the size of this item I will not ship, it must be picked up in Morgantown, PA. We are in southeastern Pennsylvania located 5 miles north of exit 298 of the PA turnpike just off route 10.
