We strive to provide the best shipping experience for you that we possibly can. Please, be assured that we have a turn-around time of no more than 3 days from payment to the time that your item is shipped.
We are from the Mid-West and the price and shipping time are determined by your location. The further away that you are located, the more it will cost and the more time it will take to reach you. From research, the cheapest method of shipment is the United States Postal Service for the types of items that we ship. We offer a cheaper and slower method: USPS Parcel Post, which can take up to 9 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays and a more expensive and faster method: USPS Priority Mail which will take up to 3 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays. For our international buyers, we use USPS Priority Mail International. Sorry, but they only offer shipment by air now! If contacted in advance of auction end, we will be happy to accommodate a buyer's request for a different shipment method. When your item is shipped, an automatic email will be generated to you. It will have a delivery confirmation number for domestic packages and a customs label number for international packages. If the Post Office scans your package label into their system, it can be used as a means for tracking. If it is not scanned, it can only be used for confirmation of delivery. Shipping insurance is optional, but highly recommended for fragile and expensive items.

We are open 7 days a week (except for holidays) and our hours are 10:00-5:00 Monday-Saturday and 10:00-4:00 on Sundays. Of course, no shipping or handling fees are charged for items picked up at our store. Please, let us know in advance and we will have your item ready at the front counter for you.
We try to go green with shipping materials and recycle most of the items that we use: Styrofoam, packing peanuts, plastic, paper and, of course, our boxes. We are therefore, not only saving these items from going into the landfills, but, we are saving you a larger handling fee. We charge at the most, $2.55, for harder to ship items to the least, $1.00, for easier to ship items. We do not make money on shipping and find the practice of over-charging buyers unconscionable. When calculating our year-end shipping expenses, we spend anywhere from 3-5% over what our buyers have paid.
We automatically combine shipping on multiple auction wins. When we do this, the handling fee is only charged once! The only occasion where we do not combine multiple auction wins is if the size of the items will exceed what the Post Office considers a normal package size - 84" or under - which is calculated by adding the longest side plus the girth of the package. If you have a question about this, do not hesitate to contact us.
Return Policy:
Our auction ads include a thorough visual description, measurement, condition summary and many pictures, but, due to the wide scope of estate items that we handle and varying opinions of "condition", we may not include what you feel is important in your purchasing decision. If we are able to test the auction item, we will do this before it is posted and just before the item is packaged to ship. We have no control once the package has left our possession. Please, ask as many detailed questions that are important to your decision before placing a bid, because all of our auction items are considered absolute and "as is". We will issue a refund if we have unknowingly, grossly misrepresented the auction item, but definitely not for buyers remorse. Please, contact us immediately if there are any problems, and we will be more than happy to work with you.

This is not a hobby with us, but a full-time business which we have been in for over 26 years. We value eBay's feedback process, but, only handle concerns which have been brought to our attention through an email or telephone call - first.
