Return Policy

  1. All exchanges with Grassroots Computers must be processed within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all exchanges must be processed through the manufacturer. For our full return policy click here.
  2. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for defective or non defective product . This includes D.O.A. items.
  3. Items that are not compatible with buyers systems can be returned less a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days of purchase.
  4. All returns must have all original packaging and accessories.
  5. All returns must be in new condition and packaged properly.
  6. For any item that does not have a warranty period stated, there is no warranty implied or offered by Grassroots-Computers.
  7. All units returned that are not defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
  8. Defective items or contents discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
