Once your payment has CLEARED allow up to 2 bussiness days for shipment to leave our warehouse. Once shipped allow 2-5 bussness days for delivery. Your item will be shipped using either FedEx ground services or Saia Motor freight (Roadrunner may be used in the North East US) we do not ship by any other method. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause.

Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. No Alaska or Hawaii sorry folks. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

We can only ship to confirmed paypal address per paypal instruction. If you have an issue with this you are going to need to contact us and make further arrangements.

We cannot ship to apo/fpo address at this time.

If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the ground service and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your item'(s) tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

What is your Return Policy?
We will accept returns as long as the buyer pays shipping back. We do require a 15% restocking fee unless the items was not as described. We will also do exchanges for no extra charge however the buyer is still responsible for shipping the original item back. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so that we may issue you a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

What is your Feedback Policy?
eBay recommends that all parties wait until the transaction is complete before leaving feedback. We adhere to this policy. Unfortunately, most people do not take the time to contact us and let us know the order was received and that all is well so all we have to go by is that feedback is left for us. Do you allow pickups?
We will allow local pick ups as long as all transactions are processed through eBay first. After the transaction is processed you may pay with paypal or credit card once to our warehouse. We also ask that you do call before coming to our warehouse so we can make sure that we have not already shipped your package.
