All my refurbished units are open stock, or overstock returns. Used units dont get refurbished..they are repaired and returned to their original customers. Refurbished typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective, a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or the very next day, such an item must be identified as reconditioned or refurbished to be resold to the public. So basicaly there NEW units!$799.99
