Synopsis
Davy is heartbroken when he loses his favorite stuffed toy, a rabbit named Nicky. Even after his entire family helps Davy search, Nicky is nowhere to be found. Hoping to comfort her son, Davy's mother makes him a new stuffed rabbitt--one that looks just like Nicky. But Davy is still sad...even though the new stuffed rabbit looks like Nicky it just isn't Nicky. Color illustrations accompany the text.
Davy is inconsolable when he loses his beloved toy rabbit Nicky, even after Mother Rabbit makes him a cuddly replacement.
