Combining Shipments

We always combine shipments when we invoice
You do not need to ask for an invoice, we send invoices out the day after an item sells

We will not hold items across multiple days to combine invoicing.

Shipping Freight

We will palletize and ship freight items
Any item over 150lbs will ship freight

We charge a $10 palletizing fee for all freight items
We only ship freight on Thursdays

Pickup

You must make a pickup appointment in advance, we do our best to accomodate. We do not take appointments for Sunday pickups - NO EXCEPTIONS

Saturday pickups are on a case by case basis only.

Payment
All payments are due within 7 days of auction end, communication from the buyer is important. If you have multiple items, we'll do our best to combine shipping for you. We accept PayPal and Cash at time of pickup
We will also accept Personal Check and other forms of payment, these must have time to clear before pickup and/or shipment of goods

If you are a resident of Indiana, sales tax will be charged.

Our typical Customer Serice hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm

Our Garantee to You

We are dedicated to providing good quality parts to keep your machine running, we do our best to make sure everything that goes out the door is as we've described it
Occasionally a bad part may slip through, in that event Jay's Outdoor Power Plus, LLC will do our part to make it right, we'll work with the customer in regards to replacement or refund of items

This requires prompt notification from the buyer upon receiving the item and possibly returning the item - this will be on a case by case basis over the phone.
