This Penny & Giles model # D49061 wheelchair motor controller has been tested and functions normally. It has 24 volt 50 Amp output per motor and was originally manufactured to power Everest & Jennings Tempest wheelchair.
It requires a 24 volt input source.
We will supply wiring diagram for the input/ output plug.
Good drive system for battlebots, robots and scooters.
It work well with a wide variety of permanent magnet motors.
The Joystick assembly is a 5k ohm resistive type with 5 wire connection.
The joystick could easily be removed from the main housing and wired to be a remote joystick on a hard wired line.
It was wired to power motors with electro-mechanical brakes but that feature is disabled so it will control most permanent magnet motors.
