Brand new, never used, hospital grade DeRoyal cushion / positioning pillow. Can be used in office or dining chair as well as wheelchair for stress relieving support. This cushion gently molds to your shape to keep you comfortable all day long. Measures 3½ inches thick and is 15 x 15 inches square in royal blue. White strap assists in adjusting the cushion's position.

All items come from a non-smoking environment. We do have a dog.
