A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

Customer Service is a top priority for me and I work to exceed your expectations in the quality of products and service I provide. If you have a question, please never hesitate to ask it. Clear and open communication is important for a successful transaction. I work to quickly respond to all questions, typically within a couple hours during daytime hours.
Shipping:
All orders typically ship within 2 business days of payment. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico cost an additional $15 for shipping.
Orders are shipped by UPS. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, the fees for doing so are described in the auction shipping section.
Combined Shipping – If you are planning on purchasing more than one item with different auction end dates, please notify me by email that you wish to do this and then completed payment for all items with one PayPal payment and I will ship all orders together.
PO Boxes – please provide a non-PO Box address in the notes section of your payment. UPS cannot deliver your package to a PO Box.If I receive a PO Box when shipping is via UPS, I will email you once asking for a proper mailing address, if a new address is not received within 48 hours your order with be shipped via the USPS Parcel Post.
International orders – I will ship internationally, however before bidding on the item please email me to request a quote for shipping.Shipping is not included in the cost for international orders.All international shipments will have the proper paperwork filled out; however YOU will be responsible for all custom or duty fees. I will not mark the package “gift”.
Payment:
Payment is required within 72 hours of the closed Auction. The only form of payment accepted is through PayPal.
Sales Tax:
Shipments within Arizona will be charged 8.3% sales tax.
Damages:
If your order is received damage please contact us within 5 days of receipt for procedures on dealing with damaged goods.

Feedback is given on all transaction is completed and I appreciate feedback as well!
