Payment Details

Our preferred and only method of payment is via PayPal. Once an item has been won, you can pay using any major credit card or your bank account via PayPal. We cannot ship your product until funds are received from PayPal.

Sales Tax

eDealz.com is an Oklahoma limited liability corporation. If your shipping address is in Oklahoma , the applicable sales tax for your area will be included on your order.

Shipping & Handling

We pledge to ship your items within two business days after payment has been verified. Most items will ship the same or next day after the receipt of payment (Saturday and Sunday excluded). Edealz can only ship to Canada and the United States (Puerto Rico and Guam excluded), via our choice of UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post.

Please provide the full shipping address at the time of order. We will ship to your PayPal confirmed address unless otherwise notified when we receive payment. Shipment info will be emailed to you once your item has shipped. Should incorrect or inadequate shipping address be provided and non-delivery or forwarding of product occurs, you will be responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred. 

Customer Pick-up

Customer pick up is unavailable. All orders must be shipped to the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Should incorrect or inadequate shipping address be provided and non-delivery (including refusal of shipment) or forwarding of product occurs, you will be responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred, including but not limited to:

• Initial shipping amount
• Shipping amount back to eDealz
• Any fees for refused or undeliverable packages charged to us by the carrier
• 25% restocking fee

Item Availability

We make every effort to have the item available at the time the auction ends. Unfortunately, due to other sales efforts, some items might sell offline before the auction ends. In this rare instance, we will notify you immediately of the ETA of any additional stock. If you choose not to wait for additional stock, we will refund the cost of product.

Unpaid Auction

By entering a bid you are entering a binding contract with the seller and with eBay. If payment of any item won is not completed within 7 days after the end of the auction, we reserve the right to contact eBay and enter a Non-paying Bidder Dispute for a refund on eBay’s fees. This will lead to an eBay issued Unpaid Strike against you, the buyer. You will also be subject to any subsequent actions stated in eBay’s policies and terms agreement that was agreed to upon during account setup. This can include, but is not limited to limits on account privileges and indefinite account suspension. Please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase the items.

Refund Policy

You, the purchaser, are responsible for all freight fees to return a product to eDealz. All returns must be received with a valid RA number prominently displayed on the outside of original packaging. Packages without an RA will be refused and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To qualify for a refund, your product must be received by eDealz within 30 days of your date of receipt of your original order. Product must arrive in the original packaging, and must include all parts and packaging from the original shipment.

Please also include with your return:

• A valid RA from eDealz
• A copy of our invoice
• A description for the reason of the return
• All item packaging, accessories, manuals, etc
• RA number prominently displayed on outside of returns box

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued for product unit cost only. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. For any item found to be in saleable condition, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If your product has concealed shipping damage when you receive your order, eDealz must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product so a claim can be filed with the shipper.

Feedback

Positive feedback and high star detailed seller ratings are extremely important to eDealz. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you feel that we have done anything that warrants leaving negative feedback, please contact eDealz prior to leaving said feedback and we will rectify the issue in the best way that we can. Communication is the key to solving any problem that may arise before, during, and after the transaction.

Replacement Policy

You, the purchaser, will be responsible for all freight fees to return a product to eDealz. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA obtained from eDealz at support@eDealz.com. Packages without an RA will be refused and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

The return must be received by eDealz within 30 days of your date of receipt of your original order. Upon receipt of your return, we will examine the product. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will ship a replacement product to you free of charge. If your product is found to be in saleable condition, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for freight charges to ship replacement product. These charges will be collected from you prior to the shipment of your replacement product.

Before an item can be eligible for return, you must contact eDealz with a detailed reason for the return and follow any and all instructions provided by eDealz in response to your email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) via email, as well as a brief description of our procedures. In order for a return to be accepted, please include the following:

• A valid RA from eDealz
• A copy of our invoice
• A description for the reason of the return
• All item packaging, accessories, manuals, etc
• RA number prominently displayed on outside of return box

All returns must be accompanied by a valid eDealz RA, without exception. Item should be packaged in the same manner in which it was received. Item should be returned in the same condition as received, with no damage, markings, or alterations due to misuse or abuse.

If your product has concealed shipping damage when you receive your order, eDealz must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product so a claim can be filed with the shipper.

After Refund & Replacement Policies Expire

Once 30 days have passed since your date of receipt of your order, we cannot be responsible for product replacements or refunds. No return will be accepted by eDealz once our refund and replacement policies have expired for your particular product.

After 30 days, all sales become final, and all manufacturers’ warranty and service options will need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
