Leaflet is in excellent condition and pattern has a stitch count of 64 x 125. This uses dmc perle cotton 12 and 6, balger bledining filament, luster, medici wool, and floss, This also uses beads. Stitches include: hemstitching, fan stitch, algerian eye, four sided, herringbone, wrapepd herringbone, knit stitch, smyrna cross, holbein, modified hardanger

THE FINE PRINT--- If you still have questions after reading below, Please message me through eBay messages as my personal e mail sometimes moves mail to spam. I also sometimes do not receive messages attached to Paypal payments.

SHIPPING and HANDLING--- I usually do not contact the buyer when I ship items out since I go to the post office every day it is open, usually around 9:30 eastern time. If your payment has cleared, you can always assume your package is quickly on its way. I do message when a money order arrives or if I do not make it to the post office that day.

The postal system is not perfect so please allow time to for your items to get to you. Items are packed with care, but sometimes things do get damaged or lost in the mail. I take care in packing my items and the package is not my responsibility once it is in the hands of the postal worker. If your purchase is expensive, get insurance.

I try my best to keep shipping supply charges to a minimum, and do not inflate my shipping costs. Keep in mind that shipping supplies like padded envelopes (these are 40 cents for the small and 60 cents for the large) manila envelopes, tape, and brown paper add cost to shipping. I do have to pass along those costs, but it is still kept to a minimum. I use the padded envelopes at my discretion based on how thick or fragile the booklets are. All double fold-out patterns are shipped in padded envelopes, and also orders of 4 or more items, as well as patterns going out of country. Otherwise, items are shipped in flat manila envelopes. All items have DO NOT BEND written boldly.

Do not message me with special shipping instructions after payment. Special handling usually costs extra, and if you do not pay for the extras, you will not get them.

COMBINED SHIPPING—THE BEST WAY TO SAVE MONEY!!!  If you are purchasing more than one leaflet, PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR LEAFLETS INDIVIDUALLY as I have charges with each individual payment that goes through Paypal. Also I pack items for shipment as soon as they are paid for. If you make multiple payments while dragging out your purchases, I cannot guarantee combined shipping.

It is much cheaper to add a second item to the first envelope than to ship that item separately. So take advantage of the price difference and buy several items at once. I do combine shipping costs on each invoice for multiple items, as long as everything is paid for at one time. The combined shipping is based on the total weight of the items. To give you as much of a discount as possible, I cannot give a flat discount per item since some leaflets are thin and some are quite thick. When you are finished with your purchases, request a combined invoice before paying and the items will be weighed in the envelope to give you an accurate estimate.

CONDITION--My home is smoke free, but I cannot guarantee that these items come from a smoke free environment. All items in my home are kept aired out and there are always several air filters running at all times. I am sensitive to allergens, especially smoke. If the item is too overpowering to me, then I do not sell it individually.

Many leaflets are like new, but I do not list them as new since they were purchased second hand. Excellent condition means like new condition to only minor shelf wear on the cover from storage and the inside looks new. Very good condition means light shelf wear along the edges, possibly a name or sticker on the cover or a very light pencil mark in the border of the pattern, but creasing, wear, and usage are all still minimal. Good condition means that the item was definitely used. There may be some heavier wear to the cover and possibly to the inside, but nothing that should interfere with the pattern itself. 

FEEDBACK—I always leave feedback for each and every item as I package them for shipping. This is no matter if the person is a first time customer, a repeat customer, or you buy 10 items at once. Many people forget to leave feedback for me once the transaction is completed. Please remember to leave positive feedback when you get the items.

If I make a mistake, bring it to my attention. I prefer trying to help remedy the problem than to look on my feedback and see a negative mark without even knowing there was a problem.You will find that I am easy to work with and will work to make things right in a fair manner. I keep a 4.9 to a 5.0 detailed seller feedback and I work hard to maintain it.

PAYMENT— Paypal or money orders Paypal does mean less wait for you and you will get your items much faster since usually the payment clears instantly. E-checks through Paypal usually take 3-7 days to clear, and your items will not be shipped until the payment clears. Money orders are alright too, they must be on a well-known source. Items are not mailed out until the day after the money order is received and cleared if deposited. Absolutely no wire transfers of any type will be taken!

SPEED OF YOUR PAYMENT AND FINISHING TRANSACTION—I do not mind holding purchases a few days while you are still shopping because it takes a few days to go thru the store thoroughly. However, if it has been a couple of days since your purchase, and you are waiting to purchase more items or are bidding on more of my auctions, please message me and let me know when you intend on paying. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase from your first purchase of the transaction. This business is out of my small home and there is not storage room to hold in-process orders for weeks at a time. After 5 days of non-payment and non contact from you, I will be contacting you by e-mail every couple of days. After 5 more days of non-payment and no contact, a dispute form will be filed so eBay will handle it from there.

OUT OF COUNTRY BIDS—Bids from other countries must use PAYPAL ONLY for payment. No international money orders or wire transfers will be taken. Bidders MUST contact me first before bidding on an item. This is because I ordinarily do not take out of country bids from people with feedback under 10, for security issues. Also I want to briefly talk with the bidder to make sure we can communicate well enough if problems should arise. This is for your protection and mine.

Items are shipped overseas via First-Class Mail® International. This is most economical for leaflets and they still arrive usually within 5-10 days. If you want to buy a lot of items, I can ship via a flat international priority box. As of this writing, it is $37 for a regular box and $50 for a large one, but the price could increase as of May 2008.

International mailing times vary, so you may have to wait for the item. Be aware that I have no control over these mailing times. I do not offer insurance on items going out of country. With that being said, I have only had one problem shipping to another country, (South Korea) and the package still arrived safely, just very late.
