Bust: Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.

Waist: This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.

Hip: This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline.

height : If you are very tall or short, we can adjust the length for you. Please let us know your total height from HEAD TO FLOOR WITH SHOES ON. Final alteration might still be needed for the best fit.

C. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for the dress only!!!

 We usually advice customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles. We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect. brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations). Dresses must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt. For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.I belive leave the neutral or negative feedback not the best way for solve the problem !
