All items marked used have been cleaned to the best of my ability and come from a non-smoking home. This home does have a resident cat and I own horses.

Buyers must have public feedback to bid. I reserve the right to cancel any bid or transaction based on feedback. Buyers with private feedback must email me prior to bidding and make their feedback public to allow me to review the feedback.

Buyer must contact me within 3 business days (72 hours) of the end of auction with name, address and method of payment. Buyer shall be reported at 7 days of end of auction if no contact is made and the transaction cancelled. I reserve the right to cancel any transaction from any buyer.

Full payment must be received within 10 postal days of the end of auction. All payments are to be made in US currency.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Washington State residence must add 9.0% Sales Tax

1. I accept all forms of money orders like USPS in full amount only. Payments that are not in full amount will be returned and transaction cancelled. I will hold the item until the money order is received.

2. I accept all forms of traveler’s checks and cashier's checks. International buyers may use this method.

3. US Buyers only: I will accept personal checks with preprinted name and address. I hold items for 14 days to clear prior to shipping.

4. US Buyers w/Confirmed Addresses ONLY I will accept PayPal.com payments from buyers only with Confirmed addresses only. Any payments received from users with unconfirmed addresses will be refunded and an alternate payment will be requested. I will ship only to the confirmed address listed on PayPal.com. I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM NON-US RESIDENTS. International buyers may use first two methods to pay for items.

Local Pickups: I do not allow local pick up unless the auction specifically states above. Paypal will NOT be accepted for local pick up. A handling fee of $5.00 is charged in lieu of shipping costs for local pick up. Pick up location will be determined by the seller.

If you have any questions please ask before bidding as all sales are final. Refunds will only be accepted by Seller approval on a case by case basis only. Refunds must be requested within 3 days of receipt of item. Item must be returned at the buyer's expense and security marks verified prior to the issue of the refund. Item must be received back within 7 postal days from approval.
