Buyer will pay the winning bid immediately upon end of auction via either check, money order or Paypal.  This will be your down payment.  You will then make payments of $200.00 per month at an interest rate of 5.5% amortized over approximately 8 years (depending on your down payment) with a rate adjustment every 12 months. (After the 12 months, the interest rate will be adjusted to the current Arkansas Usury Rate at that time.)  You will receive a contract for deed and make monthly payments to the escrow department at Izard County Abstract of Melbourne, Arkansas.  You can check out their website at www.izardcountyescrow.com for more information.
