Damaged Items: |
If you are unsatisfied with the item, you have up to 7 days after receipt of the item in which to request a "Return Authorization" from the email address listed. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, any damage caused by you, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the item, UNLESS it was DOA when received. Refunds will not be issued until I received and inspected the item.
