I placed an order. Can I cancel it? If your order has not yet processed for shipment, you can cancel it. HOWEVER, orders are generally processed by our system for shipment within an hour of when the order is placed. Once our system processes that order (i.e. forwards it to our fulfillment center for shipment), it is too late to cancel the order ? even if the order has not yet actually shipped. This is because we ship from many centers and we can not stop an order once it has been routed to one of these centers for fulfillment.
Can I change my shipping method after ordering? Unfortunately no. Once the transaction has been done, the shipping method cannot be changed.
Can I combine freight? Unfortunately no, the freight is a piece-by-piece cost.
Does Korean CD Shop ship internationally? Yes, we will always ship worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs on an international shipment? You may. They do not include time in local Customs, if any. Though we do our best to avoid fees for our customers, a shipment may be charged Customs fees upon its arrival in your country. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to see if your order will be charged.
Is it safe an international shipment? We guarantee the safe delivery of all shipments for which the shipping address has been correctly and completely entered. PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. An incorrectly entered address may result in extra charges for address correction by the courier, and/or misdelivery of the shipment. We cannot be responsible for the safe delivery of shipments for which an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.
Can I order items(CD&DVD) without your store? Yes, you will order. Please contact me by e-mail. If the item is available, we will enroll the item by our store in 24 hours. |
