·         Please let us know if you are from a nearby nation such as Canada; we may be able to adjust our shipping cost.

·         To protect our customers, all our shipments are insured for the product purchase value. Written requests are required to lower or remove insurance.

·         To save our customers money, we combine orders where possible to reduce shipping costs.

·         We do not ship to Germany or Spain. Sorry.

Return and Refund Policy:

·         If the item arrived intact, please return with an explanation and we will issue a refund once received.
