40pc. Childrens clothing lot...

 This is a mixed lot of gender and sizes - ranging from newborn to preteen sizes... There are jeans, shorts, tops, 1 jacket, skirts, dresses, etc. GREAT RESALE POTENTIAL (I have dialup, and we're moving, so I don't have the time to list them individually )

Condition of the items ranges from New With tags, to Gently used. Atleast 15 items I counted were new (with or without tags)- many are also " Like new" with no sign of ever being worn or used.

I checked all zippers, buttons, pantleg bottoms, checked for stains or wear - There are no defects in any of the items that I found except one pair of jeans that had "adornments" on the rear (little gems) which had a few of the gems missing. The pants were otherwise so nice that i kept them in.
