All returns must be pre-approved by Emailing to our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please provide the buyer's Ebay ID and item number and a description of the issue. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process.
Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation.
