Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Paypal. E-Checks are also accepted through Paypal, but items will not be shipped until the e-check has cleared. Payment must be received within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days an unpaid item claim will be filed with eBay.

Shipping

Merchandise usually ships within 2 business days of Payment. Merchandise is shipped Monday thru Friday (Except Holidays) via UPS Ground. Please allow a total of 7-10 business days for Order Processing and Delivery once payment is received. Tracking information is available for most items and will be emailed to the buyer upon shipment.

Combined shipping is available for items that are being shipped from the same location. You pay the most expensive shipping cost, then just $2.00 per each additional qualified item. Items that are shipped from different locations do not qualify for combined shipping. Please note the item location before bidding. If you purchase multiple items, you must request a combined shipping total once all your items are purchased. This can be found on your checkout page. A combined invoice will then be emailed to you. Please email us if you have any questions about combined shipping. 

We ship to the U.S. only, excluding APO/FPO addresses and P.O Boxes. Shipping may be available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico residents. Please contact Michael David's Gifts at service@michaeldavidsgifts.com for a shipping quote before bidding. 

Returns

If you receive merchandise that is defective or damaged, please notify Michael David's Gifts at service@michaeldavidsgifts.com within 3 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. We will not accept returns that have not been authorized. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery in it's original packaging and box. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for replacement. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. 

If you are simply not satisfied with the item you purchased, the item may be returned for a refund. Please notify Michael David's Gifts at service@michaeldavidsgifts.com within 3 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. We will not accept returns that have not been authorized. The non-defective returned item must be returned in it's original packaging and box. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for refund. Items that appear to be in used condition will also not be considered for refund. All non-defective merchandise returns will be refunded the original purchase price, less all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. All refunds will be issued in the same form in which received.  

In the event that an item is out of stock or discontinued, the buyer will be notified and a refund will be issued in full.
