1) Items are usually shipped out within 48 hours upon payment cleared, All our items will be shipped the Paypal confirmed address,please confirm your address on paypal before you bid our item.

2)The worldwide shipping costs have been clearly listed. Shipping and handing fee covers mailing, packing, warehouse and distribution costs, not postage only. Shipping cost can be combined, if your purchase mixed items.

4) Delivery time: 7-14 business days by HKPOST,  It is estimated, but not guarantted.

5) We can not guarant the delivery time although we will try our best to ship the items to the shipping company. The delivery time is provided by the carrier, excluding Holidays, and may vary with package, destination and some other condiction,  such as peek periods and custom clearance, etc.

6) Disclaimer: The seller has no control over the customs charges.  If there is any customs charges, the buyer is responsible.But we will do our best to avoid the customs charges for you.

  Returns      

1) Exchanges are available if the items are defective, which is almost unlikely.

2) You must claim any defect or problem with the items you receive within 3 days for exchange, otherwise, we can not exchange the items but only repair.

3) Notes: Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc for these items to verify all the claims if there is some problem with these items. Without these documents, we are not reponsbile for any claims made.

4) Shipping cost: for the item eligible for replacement or repair, you need to pay one way shipping cost to ship it back to our warehouse in China and we will pay the shipping cost shipping back to you after the problem is resolved.  But if the problem is damaged by people, we will not be responsible for the shipping cost for returning, and you will be reasponsible for the two way shipping cost.
