All Wick models give a particularly rich and beautiful tone to the flugelhorn not found in any other make. Made for European flugelhorns (Bach taper) Shank is short but my Warburton French taper looks the same and is longer. The other flugel pieces I've for sale are either Bach or French but all fit my Noblet horn just fine.
This one was modified just a wee bit removing some of the inner rim "bite" and replated gold. Smooth piece with no name on it, but it is a Wick and only modification was to reduce the bite, no other mods. Nice condition showing light insertion marks. No issues.
The Gold is real pretty.
Is the best sounding piece of all my pieces. I am selling two other flugel pieces so watch for them.
