Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Personal Check and Trade-In Credit as standard methods of payment. Payment is due 72 hours after auction ends. Non-paying bidder alerts will be filed automatically to eBay 7 days after the auction ends. The only exception to this policy is when payment has been sent through the mail and payment is marked ‘sent via mail’ through the checkout system. All domestic orders must have a confirmed address through PayPal for PayPal payments. All international orders over $100.00US must be sent by money order or contact us before you bid.

Tax

Ohio residents are required by law to pay 6.75% sales tax.

Money Orders/Personal Check

All money orders and personal check should include eBay transaction number, eBay ID, and email address registered with eBay and must be in US dollars. Bounced checks are subject to $20.00 penalty fees

Trade-In Credit

- We accept trade-in credit at anytime except every November and December due to holiday season's traffic
- Generally, trade-in Items that we accept are:
a. Genuine working condition US and Japanese Video Games with cover art required. Trade-In value without instruction booklet will be less. No medium/heavy scratched game will be accepted. We test every trade-in games before we accept it as a partial/full payment.
b. Genuine working condition video game console
c. Genuine US released manga and anime dvd. No major scratch, no ripped/marked pages

- IMPORTANT - Please make a note that trade-in credit is solely for an alternative payment methods and not the main payment methods. Therefore, if you purchase/bid this item, please make sure you have enough to cover the payment, otherwise please do not bid.

- Please mail the trade-in item to us at YellowOasis Payment (trade-in)" along with remaining balance at your expense AND the secured quote ID printout. If you don't attach the secured quote, occasionally we may not be able to accept the payment due to devaluated trade-in. Delivery Conformation and insurance is recommended in case of lost or stolen mail as we are not responsible for your lost or stolen mail.
- For paypal payment, you can pay it in full and we will credit it after we received the trade-in. Please note on the checkout and email us that we should expecting a trade in.
- Any defective items has zero value to us and we will refuse the payment. So please make sure your item in in good working condition with no major scratch before you trade it in.
- We do not accept trade-in value higher than total purchases. Please make another purchase in order for trade-in to be counted.
- We reserve the right to refuse a trade-in for any reason that we may believe is fraudulent.
- In case if we out of stock for the item you purchased, we will send you company check for the trade-in for refund.
- Our price and trade in value is competitive compared to major retailer. The more you trade-in the more you save.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders placed with us take 2 – 7 business days to process before shipping after the payment has been cleared. We ship on daily basis. E-check through paypal may require 3 days to be cleared. Personal check may take 7 business days and 3 business days for money order to be cleared after we receive the check. Transit times for all ground shipments are 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. We do not ship on the weekends or national holidays. We reserve the right to select ground carriers to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

Backordered/Preordered Items

We mostly list items that we have in hand, few items that is en-routed to us for restocks, and pre-released items. Backordered and Preordered items are shipped on a first-in-first-out basis. In the event that part of your order goes on backorder you will be notified via email.

Combining Purchases

Multiple purchases can be combined to save on shipping so long as the request is made at the time of order (applied for e-Bay checkout only). Shipping for combined orders is calculated by charging the highest shipping price plus the combined shipping of subsequent orders minus 20%.

International Shipping

We will ship orders internationally and to FPO/APO addresses. International Customers are responsible for paying any and all taxes and/or duties involved in shipment of the order. By virtue of placing an order with us, the customer is agreeing to pay for these fees if incurred. Note: We no longer ship to Italy due to numerous shipping problems.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Local Pickup

We don’t local pickup. Our retail store is separate from our online store. If you need the item immediately, feel free to stop by at our retail store in Columbus Ohio. Our retail store’s availability is different from online’s so please contact us beforehand.

Binding Contract

Please read the description, payment, tax, shipping, insurance, return, checkout terms before you place any bid. By bidding on the auction, you are agreeing to our term and condition. All sales are final.

Warranty

We offer 15 days warranty from the date you receive the item. All return will be given as an exchange only. We may give a refund for out of stock items.
We do not accept:
- an opened factory sealed items unless it’s a factory defect. Unaware of disc region does not constitute as a factory defect. It will be exchanged for the exact item
- “AS IS” items
- unwanted items for any reason. Please keep in mind every bid we have to pay listing fees and final value fees
- uninsured items damaged during shipment
We reserve the right to refuse return that we may think is fraudulent.

Return Procedure

- please contact us and describe any problem with the item first. We will try to help as best as we can as it may be as simple as setting.
- If we deemed the product as factory defect, we will give the return authorization
- You can mail the product back to Yellowoasis (exchange department)
- Exchange will be sent after we receive and test the item.
- If we do not have the exchange in stock, we will give a refund
- The whole return process may take up from 5 to 30 days from the day we receive the return until you get the exchanged item.
