We're confident you will never be dissatisfied. our used items are final sale but if unsatisfied, we do encourage you contact us ASAP. We will handle all cases individually and refunds are issued at our discretion. note that this policy is only applicable for used commercial CDs.,
3 - What makes you different than others?MixtapeMonkeys encourages that our consumers come to their own judgment. At no point will we discredit our competitors. What we do encourage is that if you know of how we can improve our commitment to our customers, that you contact us and let us know. We're always aiming to become better!
5 - When should i expect to receive the item? We ship next business day and you can expect to receive your package within 2 - 5 days after shipment depending on location (International orders can take much longer, depending on the country). Note that business days are Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm. We are closed on weekends but on occasion will ship on Saturday at our discretion.
6 - What am I buying/getting? You are getting a used commercial CD. This is the original commercial used CD and has already been opened. The CD somes with Color insert and original jewel case. Be sure to reference the item condition table for more info.

8 - How long will it take to receive my item(s)? We ship no more than 24 hours after successful payment has been received. We ship via USPS first class mail unless priority is specified/purchased. Once we ship the items are out of our control and dependant on the postage carried. However, we ship all domestic items delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is not real times tracking however, you can keep an eye on the delivery start and end time via the USPS web site.

11 - What is the average price of you items? Average cost associated with used commercial CD vary. However, we almost always have markdowns and we encourage you to either visit us periodically or add us as a favorite seller to keep abreast of our current specials. You can also sign up for our newletter to be instantly informed of current markdowns in real time!
12 - What is your exchange/return policy?All CDs are tested and verified before shipped. If a CD does happen to be defective, it must be returned to us immediately before 14 days after date of payment. We will exchange any and all defective items once the defectiveness is confirmed by us. The buyer must pay shipping costs. We do not accept returns for non-defective items due to the nature of the product. Even so, if there are issue we stil encourage you to contact us and we may make exceptions at our discretion. Our #1 goal is our customers so rest assure you will not be inconvenienced!
13 - When should i leave/receive feedback?Once your item is received and it has met all your expectations, kindly be sure to leave feedback with regard to your experience. At MixtapeMonkeys, we "strive for five". We are confident that we will gain a 5 star rating but in the even we have not, kindly contact us to work out any existing issues with your item. Once feedback is received our feedback application, we will provide return feedback for the corresponding buyer ID.
