Willy Wonka Costume - Men's Black Silk Top Hat

I used an actual vintage men's black silk top hat to create this replica of the Johnny Depp/Tim Burton version of Willy Wonka.

The hat was not in perfect condition when I purchased it and has visible wear, mainly on the edges of the crown, the underside of the brim, and the inside rim. Most of the wear is not very obvious, and the inside wear is not visible at all when hat is being worn. I am including photos in this listing of the inside of hat and of the wear on the crown so that you can get an idea of what I am describing. Note: because of my camera, the spot of wear on the crown looks much lighter/brighter than it does in reality.

Measurements:
circumference approx. 21 1/2 in (which appears to be a size SMALL in men's top hats, or a 7)
approx. 6 1/4 in. tall

I am not sure what other measurements are necessary as I am not very familiar with top hats in general, so if you would like further measurements, please just message me and I'll gladly take them and send them to you.

This hat is not a professionally made costume replica, obviously :), and I'm not claiming it as such, but I think it turned out fairly well for an amateur and is, imo, much closer to Depp's hat in the film than the floppy cloth costume Wonka hats widely available. When I wore it for Halloween people really seemed to like it.

I am an honest person and have tried my best to describe this hat and provide pictures of its condition, but again please bear in mind when bidding that this hat is VINTAGE (meaning quite old :) and does have wear and tear. However, I myself have only worn it a total of 3 times.
