This machine has been used only 100 hours and is in excellent condtion. It is a clean machine that is in full working order. Batteries are new. This machine puts down a cleaning solution, scrubs it with the brushes, then sucks it all up with the squeegee on the rear of the machine. Saves on lots of expensive labor by not having to mop your floors by hand. Would be great for warehouses, gym floors, grocery store floors... We have several walk behind floor scrubbers as well.
