The idea of creating this DVD came about when many of our customers at the gem and mineral shows we do asked me to teach my style of wire wrap. As I had no time to give lessons I decided to teach through the use of a DVD instructional video. I know that to master this process you must practice and what better way to do that than to be able to replay the chapters you need to review time and time again. Cinderhill Style is based on a simple, sleek and strong frame that showcases a beautiful stone. In this video I show you how I create a setting for a freeform stone. I also show you 5 different shaped pieces and how I approached making those settings. In addition you will see how to create a doubly wrapped bail for longer wear. Wire sources are provided with the DVD. Tools are basic and available through most jewelry suppliers.
