We now carry this model built to European (2 round pin power adapter) and UK specifications (3 Pin power adapter)

with 220v voltage and PAL A/V output accordingly. This is important for European/UK customer.  

All North American shipments (Canada) are sent using the standard American (NTSC) 110v two prong adapters.

1.      Can one monitor work with two cameras?

Yes. One monitor can view and control up to 3 cameras.

2.      Can two monitor work with one camera?

Yes. One camera can work with multiple monitors.

3.      What’s the different between 860Q and 860T?

860Q is a SET which include 860T (camera) and so on.

4.      How long will the snap-on battery last after full charge?

Fully charged snap-on battery can run 2-3 hours, depend on LCD on or off.

5.      How do I charge snap-on battery, can I use monitor while charging?

Plug the A/C adapter on the back of the battery. Monitor will run while charging.

6.      Can camera run on battery, and how long?

Camera can connect to 9V battery using the 9V adapter. Last 30-90 minute depend on IR on or not.

7.      Can monitor run on battery, and how long?

Monitor can run on 4 AAA batteries, 30-60min, depend on battery quality.

8.      When will you ship out my order?

During holiday season, we will ship your order within 1 business day. You will receive a tracking number for it as well.

9.      Can you send me tracking number?

Tracking number will automatically email to you once the shipping label is printed.

10.   Why the tracking number is not updated?

UPSP does not scan all items when receive it. But we ship out the order within 12hr after label is printed.

12.   Do I get a combine order discount?

Shipping:
All Priority Mail shipments are shipped with Delivery Tracking Number. An email will be sent as soon as package is processed for shipment with tracking number. We normally ship out your order within 2 business days. All Standard Shipping will expect to receive within 3-10 working days in US, 9-14 working days in international. Please be sure to provide a current Street Address when you order.

Warranty & Return Policy:

• 90 days against manufacturer's defects. We provide exchange service for defective item. Product must be in original condition with all the original accessories. Upon receiving defective item, we will either fix it or ship you a replacement.
• You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges when returning any items. Items returned for a refund that are not defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price. Returned item needs to be received by 4UCam within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns. Returned Item must be in new condition and with original packaging.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you want to refund any free shipping item, you have to pay the non-refundable shipping handling fee (USA $15; international $35).
• Please understand that we do not sell used or returned items. 20% restock fee imposed by the factory, and therefore we charge 20% restocking fee for non-defect item returned.
• Please contact us at sales@4ucam.com to get the RMA# before return item.  Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be process once we receive the item.
