Payment policy
We accept
payments Via Pay-Pal or via a direct deposit to our UK Barclays
bank account. Please contact us prior to your purchases to settle
down the payment arrangements. If you are not sure about the payment terms
please avoid bidding.
All
payments must be made within 7 working days. Non-paying bidders/buyers will
be reported to eBay after 7 days to recover the eBay charges we had to pay.
We urge
you to avoid reporting item delays, unless it has been at least 7 working
days from the day you were notified on shipping. A shipping tracking number
will be automatically sent to you as soon as your parcel left our
warehouse. There is no need to contact us on that matter, unless 7 working
days had been passed and you did not hear anything from us. It rarely
happens.
There are
no other hidden costs like VAT. We cover the full shipping fee up to your
door.

Return Policy
All
merchandises sold are brand new in their original sealed box. Unless
otherwise stated they include a one year warranty on manufacturing defects
for all parts. However if from some reason an exchange procedure has to
take place we will do it as follows:
If your
item arrived damaged or defective or if you received the wrong
product or the item is not working according to its technical spec, you may
return it to us for a replacement item or a full refund. We will reimburse
you for delivery charges to our warehouse and back to you.
If, for
some reason, you are not satisfied with the item or the items had been
damaged / stopped working through ongoing usage and on warranty coverage we
will have to receive the item in its original condition. Delivery
charges from your place to our warehouse will be charged to your account.
We will pay for postage of the new unit to you when needed.
All
Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt.
Please note that we will not accept
returns in the following situations:

Items not in their original condition,
missing parts, or damaged.
o
Items with obvious signs of use.
All refunds in a replacement and/or return
situations will be given only after the goods had arrived and inspected in
our warehouse.
