ABOUT OPEN BOX / CUSTOMER RETURN PRODUCTS

·       An open box/customer return item is something that a customer has purchased at a retail store and then returned. The customer may have opened the box, tried it out, and then returned it for whatever reason.

·        We receive these items, test them, and then resell them. Some items we can’t test and will give a refund if they don’t work.

·        Sometimes the boxes will be damaged or the item may be missing a part like a set-up CD or a user’s guide. We’ll state missing parts in the listing to our best ability. Batteries may be dead or not included.

·        I list most of these items as NEW. I have checked with eBay and have been told that open box items CAN be listed as NEW.

·         If items show any sort of wear, use, or damage, it will be listed in the auction.

Shipping:

Payment  Credit Card payments are accepted through Paypal Only (Account: feel-the-deal@pacbell.net) and must be received before 3 days after the auctions end date. Money Orders or Cashiers Checks must be received before 7 days after the auctions end date. And can be sent to: Personal Checks Accepted, although no orders will be sent until check clears.  California Buyers Pay 7.75% in sales Tax. Payments not received within 7 days from auctions end date will receive a Non-Paying Bidder alert from E-Bay and receive Negative feedback. Your item will then be automatically re-listed for sale.
