This was an estate find.  Wood is a dark cherry tone.  Piece measures app. 8 1/2" tall. There's a winder on the side. Item works well, however it needs a new weight on the pendulum, which can be obtained through a Wittner dealer I've been told. There are a few shallow scratches on the case that are VERY surface, would benefit from some Old English rubbed onto them.(See photos).  Inside the cover are the numbers 18380, and perhaps one more number that is too blurred to make out. On the bottom, is "Made in Germany".  The case perches on three ball feet.
