Dolls measure apx. 3 1/2" in height without outfits and embellishments. Doll is cut, assembled, pieced and embellished for you. All items used are 100 % AF/LF and from a smoke free home.
All die cuts and piecings are customized and made to order. I do not have these items pre-cut. All of my items are made to order. This is why turn over time is not immediate for my items.
I complete all purchases in the order they were received and paid for and all requests submitted.

My turn around time is usually 5 to 7 business days to ship. This is not including USPS ship transit times.
Any other information or delays will always be located on my store's home page.
I accept Pay Pal (prefferd), Money order's or cashiers Checks. E- payment's usually take apx 3 to 5 days to clear through pay pal.
I do not begin orders until payments have been received and all request's are submitted.

Once items have shipped USPS First Class mail can take 5 to 10 business days for delivery depending on destination. Priority mail can take 2 to 5 days. Once items ship from me I am not responsible for transit times.
Insurance is optional. I do request you purchase insurance on large orders of 50.00 or more. If insurance is not purchased I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items by USPS mail.
