This item may be picked up at our warehouse or customers may arrange for shipping with the carrier of choice. UPS customers can have the shipping charges billed to their account. Sorry but we do not ship outside the US. Insurance is optional for the buyer but is highly recommended because i will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged that are un-insured.
