This is a quality made sling type backpack or purse. The outside fabric feels like wool, kind of a carpet material, durable rough texture. Inside appears to be all leather, the "made in Turkey" is impressed into the leather lining. The strap also appears to be leather, with a zipper the length of the strap, so it splits into and can be worn as a backpack. The bottom is a rectangular flat leather surface. The company name is on a leather oval outside the bag, which is written in Turkish, so this is authentic to the country. Deminsions are: top of opening to bottom of bag 13 inches; 9 inches wide and about 5 inches deep. Lots of room in this backpack, a single zippered pouch on the interior wall. As mentioned there is a zipper to close the top opening and a claw and hook which grabs the two opposing sides together, extra secruity.
