REFUND BUYERS REMORSE In the event that a client wishes to return an item for ANY reason, the client must contact Things Gallery for a Return Merchandise Authorization and mail the item back in the same condition that it was received. Things Gallery will refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 20% or $5 restocking fee (whichever is higher). Things Gallery will NOT refund any shipping, packing or handling fees.
