This is a womens skirt that is made to look like it was made out of pants. It is a khaki color and has 2 front pockets and 2 back pockets. Newport News Brand size 16 W. It measures approx 21 inches from waist to hem, approx 22 inches at hips and has a small slit up the back. preowned but like new.
